In a strategic move to revolutionize the Indian business landscape, Airtel, the country’s second-largest telecom operator, has forged a long-term partnership with Google Cloud. The partnership brings together Airtel’s extensive customer base, encompassing over 2,000 large enterprises and a staggering one million emerging businesses, with Google Cloud’s advanced technological prowess. By leveraging Airtel’s vast data sets and Google Cloud’s expertise in AI and cloud computing, the companies are poised to deliver innovative AI solutions, including the groundbreaking generative AI technology.
One of the key focus areas of this collaboration is the development of geospatial analytics and location intelligence products. Additionally, the partnership will introduce voice analytics capabilities for conversational applications, trained across multiple languages.
