If you want to avoid or remove any tweet suggested by Twitter, then there is an option available to mute those Tweets. You can easily block suggested tweets by using the mute option. Muting will remove them from your Notifications tab, and push notifications, SMS, Home timeline, email notifications and from replies to Tweets.

Jono Pech, an award-winning writer and former journalist said on Twitter, “Adding just a few select text strings to your list of muted words can personalize your timeline, including removing suggestions for who to follow. Also, If you prefer not to see the algorithm tweets, replies and likes from strangers on your main Twitter feed, then muting these terms will disable those features and more”.
How To Mute Tweets Suggested By Twitter
To add any of these to your mute list, click on your profile image before picking Settings and Privacy. Just click muted words if you’re using a computer and then add. But, select Privacy and Safety in the Settings if using the mobile app and click Muted. You will be able to select muted words from there.
